Heading up to Massachusets to pick up my new (to me) BMW R1100GS. Aerostich DarienLite jacket, helmet bag with Shoei Multitec, blue Sealine bag with camping gear, backpack with clothing. Honestly, when it's all packed on the bike it'll make perfect sense.

I was a co-co-host (with Janet Coleman and David Dozer hosting) on WBAI-FM's "The Next Hour" show on Christmas day. We talked about Christmas, good gifts, bad gifts, our memories of the holiday, and took calls.

I've actually been on the show before, and I regularly record & edit programming for that timeslot including the Gore Vidal shows and various programs I recorded for The New York Sound Posse, but this is the most recent broadcast I've been on, so here's the link:

A couple years ago, I took ChristopherZguris.com offline because the content was old, and because I was getting an UNBELIEVABLE amount of spam! Literally HUNDREDS a day, all spam, all useless. From now on, I'm not giving out an email address, so if you want to contact me (and I encourage it!), please use this feedback form.

After using blogger as the content management system for the other site I run, nysoundposse.com and liking it a lot, I decided to bring back this vanity site.

This site will host pictures, video, my writing, and maybe a podcast should I ever get comfortable sitting alone in a room, talking to myself, on microphone. I've never really had a problem talking on microphone with other people because, well, it's just talking. Sitting ALONE and talking is still kind of odd to me.. Sort of like walking down the street talking to yourself, I guess.
